Privacy policy

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
in order to ensure the implementation of your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we present below information that meets the information obligation.

1. The administrator of your personal data is Z&G Trans Pysz Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Żory, having the address: ul. Główna 5, 44-240 Żory, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division under the number: 0000588860, NIP: 6511662685, hereinafter referred to as "Administrator".

2. Your personal data may be used to perform the contract (pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), claim payment, handle inquiries and profiling (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), i.e. the so-called legitimate interest of the administrator, or registration and account maintenance and sending commercial information by electronic means (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), i.e. based on the consent of the data subject.

3. Your data may be made available to our subcontractors (entities cooperating on the basis of entrustment agreements to the extent necessary to achieve the above goals), business partners (entities supporting our services) and entities providing ongoing advisory services.

4. Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to perform the contract and for the time in which it is possible to pursue claims in connection with their implementation. In addition, these data may be stored for archiving purposes for a period of 20 years from the date of the event necessitating the termination of processing.

5. If the basis for data processing is consent, we will use this data until it is withdrawn. For a period of 5 years from the date of withdrawal of consent to data processing, we may store data to a limited extent to demonstrate the processing of this data in accordance with the GDPR, unless the Administrator, based on other legal grounds, will be obliged to process your data for a longer period.

6. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify it, request removal, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent at any time.

7. If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

8. Your data may be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling, however, it will not cause any legal effects or similarly significantly affect your situation.

9. Providing your personal data is voluntary.

Recruitment

According to art. 13 sec. 1-2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation data) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1) - hereinafter referred to as GDPR - we inform you that:

1. The administrator of personal data provided in response to the offer and recruitment documents is Z&G Trans Pysz Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Żory, having the address: ul. Główna 5, 44-240 Żory, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Gliwice, 10th Commercial Division, under the number: 0000588860.

2. Personal data will be processed for the purposes of participation in this recruitment process and - in the event of consent - in recruitment processes organized in the future.

3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the recruitment process, and in the case of consent - also in future recruitment processes.

4. The processing of the personal data provided in the recruitment process is based on a voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). The data may also be processed regardless of the consent given, in connection with the pursuit/defence of claims (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the legitimate interest of the administrator).

5. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to raise objections, the right to withdraw consent at any time.

6. If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
